Front of House Lead Supervisor

Location: Fidelity - 245 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02210. Online applications only.

Schedule: Full time Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Further details upon interview.

Pay: $26.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
