Job summary

Eurest is hiring for a full-time Front of House Lead Supervisor in Boise, ID. The role will oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring top-quality service and adherence to client expectations.

The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 2:30 pm to 1:00 am, with a focus on high-volume guest service and inventory control. Ideal candidates will have prior food service and customer service experience, with a preference for high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• Previous food service and customer service experience required.
• High-volume experience preferred.
• Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, ensuring signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to comply with company and client expectations.
