Eurest in Boise, Idaho is hiring a full-time Back of House Lead Supervisor at the Micron Project site. You will oversee hourly staff, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain service quality during peak hours. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on cooking supervision.

The ideal candidate has prior scratch cooking experience in a high-volume setting. Schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 2:30 pm to 1:00 am, with pay ranging from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous scratch cooking experience in a high-volume setting is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ordering and inventory of products.
• Maintain product and labor costs according to budget.
• Supervise and train hourly staff to ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
• Follow sanitation and safety practices in handling food and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
