Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company is seeking a Front of House Lead Supervisor (Data Assistant) to join our Bellevue, WA operation. The role emphasizes data integrity, Excel-based databases, and accurate alignment across menus, ordering platforms, and related systems.

Responsibilities include maintaining databases, coordinating vendor information and weekly menus, monitoring a shared inbox, and supporting meal quality audits and compliance documentation.

• Maintain operational databases and ensure accuracy across spreadsheets, online menus, ordering platforms, and related systems.
• Coordinate vendor information and communications, including weekly menus and schedules, shared inbox monitoring, confirmations, and recordkeeping.
• Support data and operational needs, including meal quality and portion audits, compliance documentation, vendor deliveries, and additional Data Manager support as assigned.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, ensuring signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.

Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (DATA ASSISTANT) position.

Location

Location: 700 Bellevue Way, Bellevue, WA 98004. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule

Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement

Requirement: Previous Microsoft Excel and data entry experience is required.

Job Duties

Pay Range

Pay Range: $26.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour.
