Qualifications

• Greeting guests warmly and creating a fast but friendly experience.
• Accurate order taking at register and drive-thru, confirming details clearly.
• Provide dine-in and drive-thru dining room support and guest assistance.
• Manage drive-thru flow to keep lines moving and reduce wait times.
• Process payments (cash, card, mobile) and keep front areas clean and stocked.
• Maintain a cheerful, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Smile and engage guests to provide signature Chick-fil-A service.
• Create and maintain eye contact with guests.
• Speak enthusiastically and communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Make emotional connections with guests and embody the restaurant's vision and values.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times; other duties as assigned.
