Chick-fil-A in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Team Member to deliver a signature Chick-fil-A experience and support guests with a friendly, efficient dining environment. You will work for an independent Owner/Operator and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

This full-time role (40 hours/week) emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and outstanding customer service, with Sundays closed, opportunities for growth, and training within a locally owned Chick-fil-A restaurant.

Qualifications

• 16 years old or older
• Required Saturday availability
• Minimum of three week days plus Saturday available to work
• Minimum of 10 hours worked per week
• Able to work consistently for a minimum of 12 months from day of hire
• Consistency and reliability
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Loves serving and helping others
• Customer service oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
