Chick-fil-A Kennewick is seeking Front of House Team Members for a full-time role (32+ hours per week). Applicants must be 16 years or older and eager to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team in Kennewick, WA.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Full-Time position (32+ hours per week).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 20–30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service at the counter or drive-thru.
• Take and fulfill orders for dine-in, carry-out, and curbside.
• Assemble and serve meals for dine-in, carry-out, and curbside.
• Prepare drinks, treats, and milkshakes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with mobile app orders and catering pickup.
• Restock supplies and support your team.
• Communicate effectively and follow safety protocols.
