Chick-fil-A Miracle Mile in Monroeville, PA is seeking a Front of House Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, take orders accurately, and ensure quality while working with modern POS systems.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 or older.
• Ability to work at a quick, efficient pace; hustle is a must.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude, coachable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Reliability through regular attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality to make them feel comfortable and welcomed.
• Take orders with speed and accuracy while checking for product quality and consistency.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Prepare and package food orders for catering and in store.
• Use computer screens, monitors, touch screens, tablets and point of sale systems.
• Willingness to work in reasonable outdoor conditions.
