Chick-fil-A Miracle Mile in Monroeville, PA is seeking a Back of House Team Member to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven setting that values leadership development and excellent guest experiences.

You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards, learn all kitchen stations, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while staying current with new products and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 or older.
• Ability to work at a quick, efficient pace.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude, coachable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes standing for up to 12 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrate reliability through regular attendance and punctuality.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
