Job summary

Pizza Ranch invites friendly individuals to join as a Front of House Guest Experience Team Member, the welcoming face that makes every guest feel at home. You’ll ensure a clean, inviting dining area and deliver a Legendary Experience through care, energy, and engagement.

While this isn’t a serving position, you’ll provide the same level of attentiveness as a great server, acting as host, ambassador, and smile-maker. No experience necessary—training provided to help you shine.

Qualifications

• Naturally upbeat, positive, and outgoing personality.
• Passion for creating great guest experiences.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, move quickly, and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome every guest with genuine enthusiasm and friendliness.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure enjoyment.
• Clear and reset tables quickly while keeping the dining room spotless.
• Keep the buffet area clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs—offer drinks, assist with plates, engage in conversation.
• Support teammates to ensure smooth operations and uphold company mission and values.
