Pizza Ranch in Hull, Iowa is seeking a Front of House Guest Experience Team Member to bring our Legendary Experience to life. You’ll make guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in and help maintain a clean, inviting dining area.

This is not a serving position, but you will provide the same care as a great server—acting as host, ambassador, and smile-maker. Training is provided, and you’ll join a friendly team focused on hospitality and memorable guest moments.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Must enjoy interacting with guests and providing a positive experience.
• Ability to stay upbeat and energetic in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome every guest with genuine enthusiasm and friendliness.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Clear and reset tables quickly while maintaining a spotless dining room.
• Keep the buffet area clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs—offer drink refills, assist with plates, and engage in positive conversation.
