Job summary

Beyond Catering in Crown Point, IN is seeking a Front of House Guest Service Associate to greet guests, learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru duties, and help ensure quick, accurate orders while delivering friendly, efficient service.

You will take payments, assist with take-out orders, and serve food that meets quality standards, all while maintaining a clean, sanitary workspace and assisting teammates with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and positive attitude.
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain Food Handler certificate.
• Must work to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cashier duties including accurate order taking and payment processing.
• Expediter/Server duties including quality checks and timely service.
• Greet guests with a smile and deliver outstanding service.
• Assist with take-out/phone orders; communicate with kitchen and servers.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of work areas.
