Chick-fil-A Memphis is seeking an inspiring leader to drive excellence on the restaurant floor. You will manage scheduling, coach team members, and uphold quick, friendly service while maintaining food quality and safety standards.

What you’ll do

• Cultivate a culture of excellence while having a balance of positive morale. The team is challenged but happy
• Hold yourself to a standard even higher than you expect from your team
• Stay on the floor, fill gaps, utilize downtime and overall stay engaged with operations
• Make the weekly schedule for your team and ensure each week is setup for success
• Hold callouts accountable and fill gaps where necessary
• Ensure the team has their daily lineups, break plans and cleaning tasks ready
• Lead a team that leads shifts with energy and purpose
• Lead a team that delivers great food, genuine hospitality, and fast, accurate service
• Coach team members, and hold the team accountable
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met through daily and hourly checks, adjusting systems where necessary
