Job summary

Chick-fil-A Eastland Mall in Evansville, IN is seeking a Front of House and Delivery Driver to provide friendly service, take orders, and deliver meals with care. You’ll be part of a lively team focused on guest satisfaction, growth, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Pass Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Own a smartphone with GPS and data capabilities.
• Available to work 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, including weekends.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service to guests at the front of the house.
• Take and serve orders accurately, maintaining speed and quality.
• Keep front-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Safely and efficiently deliver orders with a sense of urgency and care.
• Ensure order accuracy and proper handling during delivery.
• Communicate clearly with guests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily operational goals.

Key Responsibilities – Hospitality & Front of House

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive service to create memorable guest experiences
• Take and serve orders accurately, maintaining speed and quality
• Keep all front-of-house areas clean and organized

Delivery Duties

• Safely and efficiently deliver orders with a sense of urgency and care
• Ensure order accuracy, food quality, and proper handling during delivery
• Communicate clearly with guests and professionally resolve any concerns
• Keep 100% of your tips and receive $2 per trip if using your personal vehicle

Operations & Teamwork

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily operational goals
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, fun environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and dress code standards

Qualifications
