Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Front of House Crew Member in Thackerville, OK. This part-time position offers an hourly wage of $13.00 to $15.00 with flexible shifts. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and support food preparation while maintaining a clean dining area.

Ideal candidates are 21+, able to pass a background check, and willing to obtain necessary gaming and liquor licenses. Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background check required.
• Gaming badge and Oklahoma liquor license (ABLE) may be required.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer service or food service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent service throughout dining experience.
• Take orders accurately using POS system.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure payment accuracy.
• Assist with food preparation and takeout packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive work environment.
