Due Cucina Italiana in Kirkland is seeking a part-time Counter Server to join our energetic front-of-house team at the Totem Lake/Kirkland location. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, and ensure accurate order fulfillment with delivery partners.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($25.25–$27.25 with tips), full benefits for full-time positions, meals on shift, dining discounts, and opportunities for growth as you develop pasta-making and restaurant-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old; alcohol service required.
• Willing to obtain a Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in customer service in restaurants is appreciated; training provided if needed.
• Spanish language ability is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold company core values.
• Learn and master the art of making fresh pasta.
• Guide customers through the menu and the Due' experience.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Maintain accurate menu inventory across delivery platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Covid-19 precautions in the dining area.
• Collaborate with BOH to address customer concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas and pasta lab.
• Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome.
• Other duties as necessary.
