Goble Family Restaurants McDonald’s in Topsham, ME is hiring a Front of House Team Member. You’ll be one of the faces of our restaurant, greeting guests, taking orders, and helping deliver a welcoming experience.

No prior restaurant experience is required; we provide training. You’ll learn to operate at the front counter and drive-thru, prepare McCafé drinks, and assist customers with mobile orders while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and make them feel welcome.
• Take and process orders at the front counter or drive-thru.
• Prepare McCafé beverages, desserts, and other menu items as needed.
• Assist guests with mobile orders, kiosks, and the McDonald’s app.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, beverage stations, and guest spaces.
• Stock products and support the team to meet restaurant goals.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures while delivering friendly service.
