Buffalo Wild Wings franchise is seeking Front of House team members to join a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will welcome guests, take dine-in and ToGo orders, and ensure accurate orders via the POS system.

A customer-friendly attitude is essential to deliver the legendary experiences we promise. Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing various payments, packaging ToGo orders, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Formación

• 18 years or older
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic mathematical knowledge

Responsabilidades

• Greet and Seat Guests
• Take ToGo Orders/phone orders and enter the orders correctly in the POS system
• Package ToGo orders and ensure correct items are provided to the guest
• Provide a welcoming environment for guests with a smile
• Process gift cards, credit cards, and cash transactions
