Job summary

NexDine Westborough is seeking a Café Worker to support front-of-house operations, serve customers, and assist with light food preparation, including grab-and-go items.

You will work with the Chef and Manager, help with dishwashing, trash removal and keeping dining areas clean and welcoming. A can-do attitude and excellent customer service are essential.

The role is full-time with a steady schedule, weekly pay, and benefits such as health, dental & vision insurance, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous food/customer service experience preferred in corporate dining.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and provide exceptional service.
• Set up and restock displays, coolers, and workstations.
• Light food prep for grab-and-go items.
• Wash dishes and maintain clean dining areas.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
