Job summary

Newk's Eatery in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a Front of House Hourly Partner, including Counter Server, Food Presenter, and Dining Room Attendant roles. You will ensure guests receive a positive NEWK’s Experience and assist the restaurant team in achieving planned sales by adhering to NEWK’s standards and procedures.

You will protect the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful and efficient work environment while following policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications and guest service skills.
• High School diploma preferred; college is a plus.
• Operating FOH P.O.S. system (Aloha) familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all NEWK’s guests receive a positive NEWK’s Experience.
• Assist the restaurant team in achieving planned sales and operational excellence.
