Shakespeare & Company in Kentucky seeks a Front of House Associate to support box office, house management, and concessions across two indoor and two outdoor stages. You will work a varied six-day schedule with a Tuesday–Sunday pattern and help ensure a welcoming, safe experience for patrons.
The role pays $17.00 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours. Experience with AudienceView, Square, and MS Office is valuable, and teamwork and reliability are essential in this role.
STATUS: Hourly, at-will, seasonal employee
SCHEDULE: Variable weekly schedule, Tuesday through Sunday (Mondays off)
SALARY: $17.00 per hour
Reporting to the Patron Services Manager, the Front of House Associate shall work on a varied, six-day-per-week schedule as per published schedules, including box office using AudienceView, house management, and concessions using Square to support activities at Shakespeare & Company’s two outdoor stages and two indoor stages.
Completion of a COVID-19 vaccine regimen and booster, if eligible, prior to employment term.

This hourly, non-Exempt, at-will employee will receive $17.00 per hour. Overtime will be provided when exceeding 40 hours.
