Job description

Common Hands Farm, a biodynamic vegetable farm outside of Philmont NY, is a family owned farm committed to building community through our farm crew, CSA, markets, volunteer and donation programs. Community and food access are our core values. Now in our 14th year, we grow over 200 crop varieties, attend farmers markets, operate a CSA, and collaborate with restaurants and wholesale outlets. We prioritize hiring individuals with experience and/or a passion for learning; experience is not mandatory. Working here provides opportunities to learn about vegetable farming, soil and plant health, holistic farm management, greenhouse techniques, and regenerative agriculture. We also produce value-added foods like sauces, ferments, and dressings to preserve our harvest.

All produce is organically grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. We make our own compost and are Certified Naturally Grown. Our farm spans 24 acres with a scenic stream.
