Job summary

Radius Recycling in Columbus, OH is seeking a Loader Operator to join our production team. You will focus on Front Loader operation, moving vehicles, cores, and scrap, and performing safe dismantling to support customers pulling parts while meeting environmental requirements.

The role involves operating Front Loader, Crusher, Fork Lift or Skid Steer, performing pre-operation checks, and handling tools. Candidates with heavy equipment experience and automotive repair or dismantling background are

Qualifications

Experience operating heavy equipment.
Experience in automotive repair or dismantling.
Experience with automotive parts and/or retail customers.
Experience with tools and machinery.

Responsibilities

Operate Front Loader, Crusher, Fork Lift or Skid Steer to move vehicles, cores, scrap and material safely through the yard and assist dismantling of light vehicles.
Perform pre-operation checks and maintenance inspections/cleaning as prescribed in the Certification course.
Support production goals by handling material efficiently and safely while complying with environmental requirements.
