Front Load Driver- Up to $5K Sign On Bonus

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Commercial Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks with front or rear load lift attachments. Responsibilities include providing waste or recyclable material pick-up services, maneuvering containers weighing over 1,000 pounds, and transporting materials to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities. Drivers will navigate high traffic areas, perform backing maneuvers, and ensure safety and compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles following WIN Waste's safety standards, OSHA, DOT, and all applicable laws.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and document checks using DVIR.
• Report unsafe situations or service issues promptly.
• Participate in training and meetings as directed.
• Coordinate with Route Manager to improve route efficiency.
• Report incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
• Notify of service interruptions or hazards.
• Communicate customer requests and container repairs.
• Ensure containers are properly dumped, cleaned, and returned to customer sites without blocking access.
• Complete daily documentation and assist other drivers as needed.
• Maintain a positive work environment through professional communication.

Qualifications

Education and Experience: Not required; however, 1 year of experience operating a CDL vehicle or military driving within the last 7 years is preferred.

Certificates and Licenses: Valid Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement; applicant must be at least 21 years old.

Other Requirements: Acceptable driving record, legal eligibility to work in the U.S., and successful completion of DOT drug screening, physical, and background checks.

Work Environment

• Outdoor work and driving monitored by video/GPS.
• Physical effort required, including handling objects over 50 pounds and performing pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting.
• Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, and similar elements.
