Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Supply Chain Leader to guide a front-line team of 15–30 hourly associates. You will oversee safety, quality, service, cost, and continuous improvement while partnering across functions to deliver reliable manufacturing operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and the ability to adapt plans to meet the site AOP. You will lead change, mentor talent, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that drives profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably food/beverage.
• Leadership experience preferred, including supervising employees, coaching and developing team members, managing schedules, and driving day-to-day operational performance.
• Must possess strong TPM/ lean, finance and accounting, project management, human relations, effective communications, and statistics/logical problem-solving.
