Job summary

Genpact seeks a Front Line Manager for Insurance - P&C Claims in a hybrid USA role. You will oversee high-volume, low-complexity automobile claims from intake to settlement, coordinating with claims teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include investigating accidents, reviewing police reports, evaluating coverage per policies and laws, and negotiating settlements with claimants. Strong leadership and QA focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Risk Management and Insurance.
• Master's degree in Statistics or related field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in insurance or data analytics are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents to determine the cause and liability, including reviewing police reports and conducting interviews with witnesses in some cases.
• Analyze insurance policies and relevant laws and regulations to determine the scope of coverage related to automobile accidents.

• Provide regular updates on automobile claims to policyholders, insured, claimant, and other members of the claims team.
• Assess damage to vehicles involved in accidents, including reviewing repair estimates, and determining the cost of repairs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all activities related to automobile claims are conducted efficiently.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions to stay informed about policy changes and new procedures.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
