Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Front Line Manager for Insurance - P&C Claims to lead daily hurdle meetings, ensure high-quality change summaries, and coordinate with external partners to ensure compliant annual report compilation.

You will assess regulatory risks, deliver milestones, and report findings to senior stakeholders. The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory adherence, and collaboration in a hybrid U.S. environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in actuarial science, economics, finance, or risk management and insurance.
• Master's degree in statistics or related field is desirable.
• Experience in insurance claims management and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily hurdle meetings to review progress and address issues.
• Ensure quality in authoring change summaries and reviewing annual report compilations.
• Lead meetings with MSD external partners to support compliant execution of change management and annual report compilation, maintaining strict regulatory adherence.
• Assess potential regulatory risks and communicate mitigation strategies to relevant stakeholders.
• Deliver all regulatory milestones for assigned products within predefined timelines.
• Report discrepancies related to products, documents, or systems to Product Lead/SME and seek necessary clarifications.
• Identify, escalation, and communicate potential regulatory issues to GRACS CMC management as required.
• Prepare weekly status decks for internal and external stakeholders related to Vaccine Annual Reports.
