Qualifications

• Must be clean, neat and well groomed.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and other employees.
• Must have good hearing to work with customers and drive-through when necessary.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and read recipes.
• Must have basic knowledge of fast food operation and cash register procedures.
• Must be able to pay attention to detail, cope with pressure and remain calm during busy times.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick, efficient service and quality products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment.
• Provide consistent product portions.
• Wipe tables and keep dining room and parking lot clean.
• Operate cash register and handle money accurately.
• Assist with front line preparation procedures; operate kitchen equipment as needed.
