Job summary

Taco Bell Franchisee is seeking a Food Service Team Member to assist with front line food preparation, keep the dining room and parking lot clean, and help with cash handling. This is an entry-level role with shifts across the day.

New team members will receive on-the-job training; the position emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and high standards of cleanliness and service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Some high school courses preferred.
• Must be clean, neat and well groomed.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and other employees.
• Must have basic knowledge of fast food operation and field knowledge of cash register and front line preparation procedures.
• Must be able to read recipes and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Quickly prepares customers' orders according to specifications and with the highest possible quality.
• Maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Operate cash register to handle transactions.
• Assists with front line preparation procedures and food preparation.
• Work as a team to assure constant and consistent customer satisfaction.
