Equity Staffing Group is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for a confidential banking client in the Twin Cities area!

The role is based at Bloomington and Golden Valley, MN with a split schedule between both locations. Pay ranges from $18–$22/hour on a contract to hire basis, with lobby hours 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Dress code is business professional and prior cash-handling experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail, cashier, customer service or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Banking experience is not required.
• Comfortable handling cash and basic math.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other routine transactions.
• Assist customers with online banking access and card services.
• Balance cash drawer daily and handle cash responsibly.
• Process checks and other banking documents.
• Answer calls and route customers to the appropriate team.
• Support with account research and service requests as needed.
• Identify potentially suspicious or fraudulent activity and report it.
