Job summary

Miami HEAT is seeking an entry-level Front-End Developer to support the marketing team. The role focuses on daily site maintenance, content updates, and ongoing optimization for HEAT.com and KaseyaCenter.com.

You will work with Next.js, React, WordPress, and Tailwind to ensure ADA compliance and strong AI search visibility. The position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional marketing teams and ongoing site quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with routine website maintenance and front-end development support.
• Proficiency with WordPress CMS and daily content administration.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with React and Next.js client-side architectures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily content updates and publish new content and events for HEAT.com and KaseyaCenter.com.
• Implement and maintain metadata, schema markup, and content structure for AI search visibility.
• Ensure ADA accessibility across pages and monitor cross-device QA.
• Test and debug existing site code and verify site functionality on mobile and desktop.
