The role involves translating designs into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS/JS, developing with CMS platforms and eCommerce systems, and optimizing performance for speed and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a tech-related field.
• 1–3 years of professional Front End Development experience.
• Experience building responsive and mobile-friendly websites and applications.

Responsibilities

• Translate design concepts and wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Develop and maintain websites and applications using a variety of CMS platforms, eCommerce systems, and web frameworks.
• Build software solutions that align with business requirements and customer needs.
• Create and implement quality assurance best practices to ensure reliable, high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and develop effective solutions to improve application performance and functionality.
• Support ongoing website redesign, enhancement, and maintenance initiatives that directly impact customer engagement and brand experience.
• Develop new user-facing features and interactive web components.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
• Ensure all user inputs are properly validated before submission to back-end systems.
• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and best practices.
• Configure and manage plugins, integrations, and third-party tools required to support website functionality.
• Identify project roadblocks and proactively implement creative solutions while adhering to company standards and guidelines.
• Stay current with emerging web development technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
