Job summary

Elijahhouseliving is seeking a friendly frontline associate to greet members, provide high levels of service, and assist with department set-up, cleanup and closing tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include helping customers load orders, packing items securely, monitoring for signage accuracy, stocking shelves, maintaining a clean register area, and following safety procedures. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide high level service.
• Assist with loading orders onto the conveyor and checking packing preferences.
• Pack orders securely and monitor packaging for signs of tampering.
• Assist customers with self-checkout and ensuring belt area is clean.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front-end area and registers.
• Follow safety procedures and perform setup/closing duties as needed.
