Responsibilities

• Hire, discipline, promote, and evaluate front-end staff with store manager's approval.
• Develop weekly labor schedules for front-end employees.
• Ensure safety and proper cash handling procedures at the front end.
• Supervise checkout, bagging, and movement of bagged purchases to customers.
• Monitor front-end service and call for extra help when needed.
