Burlington Stores in Whitehall, PA is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and help deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift merchandise and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to Burlington customers.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new associates.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
