The role requires experience in retail or front-end operations, a basic understanding of cash handling, and strong communication and organization skills to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

• Assist in maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer issues.
• Support scheduling and workflow coordination for front-end staff.
• Help enforce company procedures and policies at the front-end.
• Communicate operational issues or concerns to management.
