Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store front. You will handle sales, merchandising, and front-end operations while ensuring an engaging shopping experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, applying promotions, supporting donation programs, and maintaining a tidy, inviting store environment. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising, and store recovery.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
