• Operate front-end duties: register, upsell, enroll guests in loyalty programs.
• Ensure accurate PLU usage and report pricing/signage errors.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in department and surrounding areas.
• Follow safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelines.
