Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist to join our on-site team in Lagrange, OH. This part-time role focuses on customer service, merchandising, and front-end store maintenance.

You will be the friendly face at the register and help ensure a clean, inviting shopping area while supporting promotional activities. Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the POS system accurately, knowing current promotions, and assisting with stock, pricing, and donations.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
