Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Valdosta, GA is hiring a Front End Specialist to assist customers and keep the store looking inviting. You’ll greet customers, operate the cash register, and help with promotions, pricing, and merchandising on the front end.

You’ll participate in receiving shipments, maintain store appearance, and support donation programs while upholding our team-centered culture and friendly, low-price shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
