Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Flint, MI is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance.

You will handle customer service, merchandising, and front-end operations, including operating the cash register and promoting current deals. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, knowledge of promotions, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Overview

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
