Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Georgetown, SC is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and keep the store looking inviting, with a primary focus on front-end operations.

You will greet customers, accurately operate the cash register, stay informed about current promotions, support donation programs, help with receiving and merchandising, and maintain the store’s appearance while handling additional responsibilities as needed. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

Position Overview

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
