Job summary

Ollie’s in Dayton, OH is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and keep the store looking inviting, with a focus on front-end operations.

You will greet customers, operate the register, know current promotions, support donation programs, and assist with receiving, pricing, and merchandising to maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
