Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist in Uniontown, PA to assist customers and maintain store appearance, with a focus on front-end operations and customer service.

The role covers greeting customers, operating the cash register, knowing current promotions, supporting donation programs, and assisting with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and store recovery. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and a team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering and exiting the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising products, and restoring the store.
