Ollie is seeking a Front End Specialist at our Waynesboro, VA store to assist customers and maintain the store front. The role focuses on customer service, cash handling, and merchandising, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.

You will greet customers, know current promotions, and help maintain store appearance while supporting donation programs and team goals. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit.
• Accurately operate the cash register.
• Know promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising and store recovery.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
