Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist in Memphis, TN. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service at the front-end, maintaining the store’s appearance, and supporting everyday store operations.

You will greet customers, process transactions, stay informed on promotions, and assist with training and team coordination, while upholding Ollie’s values and goals for a fast, friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and a team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front-end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the register, approve refunds for other Associates, and assist with training new Associates.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
