Ollie’s is hiring a Front End Specialist at our Corbin, KY store. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and assist with promotions to drive sales while supporting donation programs throughout the year.

The role emphasizes maintaining an inviting store appearance, pricing merchandise, and helping with receiving shipments. Strong teamwork and a positive attitude are essential for this frontline position in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
