Ollie’s is hiring a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain a welcoming store front. You will handle checkout, merchandising, and front-end operations while delivering friendly service.

Training new Front End Specialists and promoting promotions are part of the role. The position requires at least six months of retail experience, ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays, and strong communication and listening skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months’ retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers at the front end.
• Operate the register accurately and efficiently.
