Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist who thrives in a busy retail environment. You will assist customers, help maintain the store’s appearance, and handle front end operations with a friendly, service-driven approach.

The role requires reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn Ollie’s policies. You’ll greet customers, operate the register, know current promotions, and support donation programs such as Ollie’s Army while contributing to a positive team atmosphere and store

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
Be knowledgeable of promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
Assist with receiving, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
