Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store’s appearance. You will handle front-end operations, promote current ads, and process purchases with a friendly, service-minded approach.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, supporting donation programs, and merchandising. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
